Your brains are literally fucked by providing constant external visual, chemical, or emotional stimuli, so you haven't developed the crucial ability to use your own brain.

You can't sit on the couch in a quiet room and envision mathematical or physical concepts because your brain doesn't know how to behave on its own.

You've effectively lowered your IQ.

But it's not too late, stop those aforementioned degenerate activities and heal your mind, and take the path of the greats before us who didn't have access to the mind-poison we subject ourselves to daily.
