Not much.
Education would reduce his voter base, he's going to be against it. Funding stuff that relies on education seems like it would take away from the big 'national building' projects that he's going to do to a) build jobs temporarily and b) give to his own companies to siphon taxes into his pocket.

In reality, congress probably won't approve 90% of the shit he wants to do.
