the state regulates them. Even when the state tries to not regulate them, its jsut because the state thinks it will benefit more from not regulating the economy at that time.

Economic policy has never, should never, will never, remain stagnant. It changes in response to geopolitical trends.

Yeah, the state TRIES and regulated the economy, and it does so successfully sometimes. But the state cant even understand the entire scope of the economy, much less control it. There are stagnant things about the economy. Not to say the economy is always the same. But the underlying human behaviors are the same, and thats the real core of the economy I think.
