That is literally just a strontium-90 RTG like the Soviets used, they're shit. The radioisotope has about same power density as Pu-238 but a shorter half-life and it needs much more shielding. Zeno's marketing effort doesn't change physics.

There is no way this ever gets used for radioisotope electric propulsion unless it's a cover for the US and their nuclear expansionism, a tiny solar panel and 5 kg lithium ion battery would mog it in every way. It could have some use for lunar landers but I'm pretty sure it's radioactive enough to still require presidential approval if scaled up to generate a useful amount of power.
