nasa can't even launch a tin can into low earth orbit anymore.
astronomers already have plenty of telescopes, they don't need more. they've vast amounts of data thats never even looked at. why not let those people demonstrate some value before you grant them a blank check of other people's money. get a fucking job and buy your own telescope
