He-said/she-said is not a preponderance of the evidence. That has to be the first example of things that are not a preponderance of the evidence, even before the case of no evidence at all. However, the USA and my rapist Helene thought it would be good for them to flush the nine years of my life I spent pursuing a PhD down the toilet after they sent two of their goons to accuse me of rape in my university.

Actually, I am the starter of the #MeToo movement. This woman who was presented to me as my sister when I was a child is not the mother of the child actress McKenna Grace. I made some posts about how it was obvious that she was being molested my lechers calling their dicks "sausages," and then the next day Alyssa Milano posted #MeToo to say that she was also molested by those same Hollywood turds that call their dicks sausages. The problem is that my rapist Helene used her CIA powers to impersonate the student justice administrator and then find that he-said/she-said in the absence of any further evidence was a preponderance of evidence in favor of she-said. Don't distort the history. My lifelong rapist Helene raped me again. In a fair student justice proceeding there would have been no preponderance because he-said/she-said is literally the textbook example of things that are not preponderances. The accusation would have gone nowhere without Helene wanting to rape me to death and the USA supporting her intention to do so.

Yes, I have a BS and an MS in physics, both with honors attached, and I was about one year short of finishing my PhD when I was expelled due to pic related. Btw, I got arrested because I was squatting in an abandoned house while I was homeless, and when the cops showed up I did not unlock the locks I had changed on the doors. Then SWAT showed up and destroyed the house, and they got me when the tear gas was too much for me to stand in the attic.

All of the cops who were there for that have lost their share in the tree of life. That white shirt captain who was Paul Merritt's roommate lost a lot more than that, and he and Paul will share a similar lamentatious fate, and their children and favered servants.
