To be blunt, you're too chickenshit to live with yourself, but you're also too chickenshit to change, or even ask anyone for help in changing.

To nail it home, you have three options:
1. GROW SOME FUCKING BALLS, then you can either live with yourself or try to get some help
2. Live like the coward that you are for the rest of your life. With the full knowledge that you are the worst kind of coward and that your suffering is only due to your cowardice.
3. End yourself.

I'm not trying to be mean, but I'm not trying to be nice either. The only one who can help you now is yourself. By growing those fucking balls that people wuth the Y-chromosome are supposed to have.
