Year X through Year X+25: Average Y numbers of deaths
Year X+26: Y*1.3 deaths
What caused the excess deaths? Are you confident that the county medical examiner is going to be familiar with every possible cause of death in existence or are they going to write down something that most closely fits what they typically have seen over the past quarter of a century? When the excess deaths are noticed, should we just go "well, the death certificates all have the typical stuff on them" and look into the excess deaths no further?

Still waiting for any of the "pol ruins this board" folks to make an actual contribution to the board that's on topic. I've been here seemingly forever and have yet to see you guys contribute anything meaningful. It's nothing but using concern trolling as a form of attention whoring.
At least the threads that you claim are /pol/ are topical even if you don't like their opinions on IQ, race, and genetics, those are scientific topics. All you add here is estrogen fueled drama with zero science. If you really want to improve /sci/ and think /pol/ is the cause of everything you hate about it here, you'd use the 'hide thread' feature on what you call /pol/ threads and make useful threads on /sci/ topics. But you don't because you can't. You're just another (you) farmer looking for attention and dopamine drops with nothing of value to contribute.
