Yes, but only if life is confined to our scale.
Imagine an intelligent being on a galactic scale - think an enormous nebula or something. If it ¨lived" for eons it may be possible to visit other galaxies.
The universe is a big place. Many things are possible.

Could we comprehend it if it visited us? Who knows?
