Guys I need advice

>Apprenticeship as electrician and two years of work experience in automotive industry as maintenance technician (this industry is fucked in my western europe country btw)
>Got lucky with crypto and stocks while working -> total net worth of 130k€ as of now
>No future job prospects with my employer
>Decide to quit job and go to college for electrical engineering
>Succeeded in first semester, passed all exams
>Currently in second semester
>Classes are all way harder than in first semester, tried to keep up with everything
>Mental health deteriorated severely
>No gf, no sex, nothing really to look forward currently
>Exams are coming up and I feel like it will be a disaster, can focus anymore, studying is barely possible, brain fog, etc..
Idk guys I just feel like venting and don't know what to do currently
Is being overwhelmed a sign that I'm not made to be an electrical engineer and should just resort back to being a blue collar wagie ?

I am not built for university life. I am stressed every single day, and I think my hair my be falling out. I was born to be a NEET, reading old books and staying in my room. Is it even worth it to go through hell and possibly get a hellish job indefinitely just to make enough money for me to live?

It still keeps me up at night how SpaceX is singlehandedly pushing the frontier of human spaceflight, and how bad everything would be if they didn't exist. Imagine if that final Falcon 1 flight failed and SpaceX went bankrupt. Americans would still need to hitch rides on the Soyuz, a Moon landing on the National Team lander would be planned for 2040, and Mars never ever. My 'skin warts' have emerged again on my fingers just as we're heading into winter
It fucking sucks, there's patch of them with about 7 mounds in a 1 cm perimeter and I know the rest of my fingers are going to get the warts and they're going to be there for a few months and make my skin feel tight
I showed my doctor them and he just said they were warts but that doesn't seem right because I haven't seen any pics that looked like them
I had what I'd consider classical warts on my left hand but these are more like sacs of liquid on my right

I learn and learn and still my grades are fucking trash. I want to do my PhD but looking at my grades I don't know if I ever will find a university where I can do one. My GPA is around 3.0, maybe I can push it to 3.3. I have two paid jobs as a research student in academia and the private sector, will this help me find a good university to do a PhD?
