When deciding on a grad school, how much should you consider the "prestige" and reputation of the school vs what kind of research they are doing there.

For example, I like the research at University of Tennessee in my field, but the reputation of the school is not good.

Does it really matter that much what school you went to or is it more important what you researched?

Theism: "I believe there is a god"

Weak Atheism: "I don't believe there is a god", analogous to, "I don't collect stamps".

Strong Atheism: "There is no god that exists."

The first and last are claims with a burden of proof. The second is a response to claims of existence or non-existence with: "there is either insufficient or no evidence for the claims of existence/non-existence".
