Might as well post this, since I never get a good chance.
Back in 2017, I made an infinitely expanding implementation of Conway's game of life for the short-lived weekly programming challenge threads on /g/ (they were too disorganized to hold attention).
I know it's basic and slow (unfinished), but I made it in about a day having only implemented it in a simplistic ~20x20 grid, and it has additional stuff like saving/loading, undo, and other features. For that, I'm happy.
