>pinched like eddies into isolated minds
Yeah. I've had the thought that each agent (human or worm) is a consciousness "well", kind of like a gravity well.

>so how does mass curve time
Because time and space are interwoven

>Time is a human construct how would mass be able to bend the perception of time
Time is not a human construct, the way we measure time is, but time would exist regardless of us. Your perception of time doesn't change.

>Can you dudes even prove anything you say? or is it just "facts" you have learned?
I don't need to prove anything since Einstein already has. Research the procession of the periastron of Mercury, Gravitational red shift and Authur Eddington's expedition to Chile.

Let's just put a picture here to allow the more graphically minded to get it.

The grid is space time. The grid is bent by the presence of Sol, which makes the star on the other side appear to be in a different spot than it truly is. This allows us to see a star which, in reality, is on the opposite side of the sun, as the light from that star bends around the sun, following the bend in the spacetime grid.

It keeps moving along the line of the grid, but the grid itself changes shape into a curve.

Incidentally, this is the experiment which proved Einstein correct.

Hai /sci/.

Explain to a stupid medfag (me) how does gravity distorts space-time. I think that I understand the theory behind it, but I can't seem to make a mental image of how does it function.

I would like to be less of a dumbass, without changing my career.

How can you make antigravity? Any science in this?

nb4 magnets.

You know you want it.
