Do you actually know what "federal discretionary spending means?" It's a small part of federal spending which is only a part of all government spending.

>Explain NFL, MBA, and MLB players.
Look at average pay of all actors or atheletes, not just those at the very top. Your average jock is not rich.

Criminals make terrible money.

That only includes one type of federal spending. It ignores other federal spending or state and local spending. If you want to look at all spending for all US government agencies, here's the chart.

That graph is incredibly deceptive. It only lists "federal discretionary" spending, not *all* spending. It ignores state and local spending, and federal non-discretionary spending.

If you look at *all* government spending, the military is only a small fraction.
