It's 7 right now but will be 11 (temporarily) in April. The crew of 7 are long duration while the other 4 are short duration. The ISS should reach 10-11 people three times next year but will remain with 7 long duration people onboard. When Axiom starts getting it's modules up there the number of long duration people will increase from 7 to 8. At that point I think the ISS will max out at 12 people? But it may be possible that the ISS could get hit with overlapping commercial missions, which could see the ISS peak at 15 or 16 people. That seems unlikely though but who knows?
