>Recently read a book about sleep
>The book basically tells about how important sleep is for every function in the body and that human is the only person in the animal kingdom that misses out on sleep for seemingly no benefit
>Goes over how important it is for your brain, mentions that staying up for over 20 hours or so is the same as being legally drunk
>Says how men that sleep 6 hours a night vs 8 hours a night have lower testosterone, if they try to lose weight they'll mostly lose lean body mass instead of bodyfat and so on basically that sleep is very important for everything we do

>Realize I spent most of my teenage years chronically sleep deprived because I'm an idiot
>Realize this is why I had so much trouble in school and possibly why i'm such a fuckup now because I missed out on such an important element in my most important developmental years
