South Africa :P White people are more likely to be successful here than in many other countries. Though its slowly going to shit because of socialism. That's another thing people don't realise. Communist have tried there luck in Africa and imparted their ideology. Also that warlords and terrorists are the ones that are actually running the country. I.e. Mandela was a terrorist. Nigeria or some country doesn't have war because a Warlord actually took it over. These types of people are more susceptible to corruption and other unsavory Democratic decisions. Zuma has over 876 cases of corruption put against him. Which is pretty impressive if you think about it. He's only been in power for like 6 years. The sense of for what's better for the nation is not there it seems. Only how rich can I get whilst I'm in power. I'm sure that's inherent with the other African countries. Not to mention foreign influences seizing the natural resources via corrupt government members

My country, South Africa, is dropping the Mathematics pass rate to 20%, if they havnt already. Its not so much that the students are stupid and lack the interest or motivation to atleast get a pity pass. Its that my government thinks its a good idea. Especially when we have maths literacy
