I've got an assignment where I'm supposed to read in a 7-bit ASCII text file and use it to do some operations.

The operations aren't difficult, but the 7-bit file worries me. I'm concerned I need to convert it to an 8-bit text file or something to read it in properly. I've never even encountered a 7-bit file before.

I'm worried if I don't do that it'll fuck up when the user enters the file data.

Any advice?

I think the U.S. govt should only fund college educations if the student is pursuing a degree in either math, science, engineering, nursing and the like.

Too many niggers that take 6 years to get a degree in French (with govt funds) while I bust my ass to finish a science degree in 4 years because I don't have extra money to waste. Fucking pisses me off.
