This is what I'm doing to accomplish that exact task, right now.

lecture: Calculus revisited by Herb Gross at MIT (find on iTunes U).
hw/old exams: ask profs at your local uni if they'd be so kind
book: find one with hw questions

It's all about making a written-out game plan with weekly objectives. Keep yourself on track, just like you would if you were taking the course. It is so much more enjoyable to learn this way IMO.

I feel very fortunate to be a part of microbiology now, our simple understanding of the concepts means there is A LOT to be learned.
