I've had the RNS device implanted for about 18 months. It is both diagnostic and therapeutic, currently it has only been diagnostic. On the 22nd stimulation will be turned on and as per data received and seizure activity that arises will be negated through electric impulse. Current medication is 400mg Lamictal XR twice daily, 200mg Briviact once a , this is not enough to control my seizures and why i was candidate for this implant. I've been on various medications since 19 to no great effect, I don't dream, when i do have seizures it feels like waking life. An infinite cycle of repeated movement i'm certain to have lived one thousand times over.

Anybody on this board down with the chips? Or at least understand how far out we are from sending texts with our thoughts, and other delusion that are out there concerning neural stimulation?
