Between ou house and the neighbor's, pic, there was this ver peculiar, very steep gulley. I wandered all over the desert in Tucson, and I never saw another land formation like this gulley. On top of the gulley being weird it was totally filled with branch detrituc, like 10ft deep and going back maybe 20 or 30ft. For being in the middle of the desert, it was such an unnatural amount of detritus that someone certainly had deliberately filled the gulley. They probably moved the (an?) entrance into Joe's master bathhroom.

It was a "big coincidence" supposedly that the neighbor on the other side of the gulley had known Joe (or his friend, i don't remember) back Brooklyn, back in th 1970s. Then after we moved away from Placita "P2" Pardal, it was just some funny coincidence that his wife's brother moved into the house to the left or right of our old house, and they certainly don't have tunnel acces in that one either.
