ill start. I recently read about the discovery of japanese anchors off the coast of south america which suggest they were in the americas long before we considered possible. Does anyone have any more information on this?

As an African (South Africa), I'd have to say its because corruption is so common, and that black Africans are just dont give a fuck about each other.

Also, here in SA, the government hasnt given a fuck about infrastructure development, so theres a FUCKING HUGE backlog on basically everything.

Eskom, SA's power supplier, hasnt given a fuck about building new power stations over the last 15 years, so theres not enough power to power the country. A year or 2 ago we had continous rolling blackouts because one of the biggest power stations main generator broke down, and so there was not enough power. It was fucking terrible.

Also, as i said infrastructure is completely ignored. Our roads are in such a bad state that it'll take 150 BILLION Rand to fix them. Thats like 21.8 billion U.S Dollars. Fuck.
