this is the kind of shit that humanities people come up with using verbal lateral thinking and free word association. i could argue that pic related invented quantum mechanics in like 500 BC if i wanted to just focus on words instead of actual physical concepts. but it just doesn't lead to a realistic intellectual history of physics. if anything, you should look up Vortex Theory which is a much closer historical analogue to string theory
