Get earplugs so you can sleep quietly. Make sure your room is properly ventilated and you get enough fresh air. Drink only water in the morning and at least 2 liters of it throughout the day, not carbonated water though. Take a look at your diet to see if you're lacking any nutrients from what you eat. Don't sit around all day, you don't need to do sports but at least go for a walk an hour or so. Accumulated stress can make you feel tired too.

For example there was a time i was always tired because i felt "cramped" living in a shared appartment, i felt like i was lacking privacy and couldn't find peace and felt bothered all the time. Once i moved into my own apartment, that feeling was gone and i slept like a baby.
