I don't believe there is a land location in the contiguous US that can feasibly support even 3 launches a week with Starship, let alone multiple a day if ever allowed to happen legally. They'll need either multiple massive, floating launch facilities, or an Island they can commandeer permanently that's decently close to the equator.

There is no other way, and this assumes that SS works and that orbital refueling is feasible the way SpaceX intends it to be. Any island ideas, space-sisters?
