Having a big brain doesn't mean you're smart. Simple as. Even Neanderthals had bigger brains than us and they were not smarter than us. It just doesn't matter as much as some might think. The biggest brain on record is from a mentally retarded guy and on the other hand, Einstein's brain was below average.
You will notice even on the map that England, the most accomplished country in Europe is smaller. Japan, the most accomplished country in Asia is smaller. Even South India, better developed than north India, is smaller. Horn of Africa is smaller etc. Jews have smaller brains on average yet they are still the smartest on average. I could go on but you get the point.
The correlation between brain size and IQ is very weak (0.3) and is dishonestly used only by pseuds. In any field except for self-publishing IQ-jerking retards like Lynn and co, such a statistic would be thrown in the trash. But thats's what their entire life is built upon, so obviously they can't do that. And even that weak correlation is almost entirely held up by the dichotomy of the big brain big IQ Asian/White and small brain small IQ Sub-saharan African. Otherwise, brain size is not predictive of intelligence.
What matters in reality is brain structure and neuron density, not brain size. Even some animals have bigger brains than us, but again, it's not the size that matters, otherwise sperm whales or Neanderthals would be apex predators not Humans.
