No, assumes facts not evident.
And if I banned everyone who asked stupid questions, there would hardly be anything left of this board.

Theoretically, the power dissipated in a circuit is equal to the power delivered.

However, in a real circuit, (example: circuit of only resistors, a current source and a voltage source), the measured power dissipated across the resistors is slightly lower than the power delivered.

How is that power difference accounted for?

Accumulation of charge (does that even make any sense)? Internal resistance (for the power sources)? Am I missing anything else?

What are the benefits of doing a math+physics degree instead of doing only physic or math? I feel like splitting your credits in 2 fields would give you a great foundation in both but you'll never able to go as deep in one field. I'm asking because I'm hesitant between math and physics, and the councillor recommended I applied to Math&Physics but I'm afraid it might restrain me when it comes to post-grad studies. If I decide to continue in physics I clearly won't have the same background as someone who did only physics for 4 years.

Anyone got a "shared" degree in 2 fields then continued to post-grad studies in one of the fields? How was the transition? Would you recommend it
?

Thanks /sci/

So, what podcasts does /sci/ listen to? Preferably science related.
The Naked Scientists is what I listen to.
