I rather enjoy it, why not perform the comparative statics reneging the most fundamental underlying assumptions? Really challenge what our observations are actually telling us, and to be content in the disprovement of the null hypothesis? It is but wonderous entertainment for the educated mind.

For example, what if the flat earthers and globe eathers are both correct from their reference frame? What if we were on a flat plane, but there was sufficient energy density in our vicinity that this flat plane is gravitically warped into the shape that satellites orbit? Under such a model both the flat earthers and round earthers are content, but laughably, not occams razor.

interesting postulations. In my toroid earth model I have required the use of high intensity (gravatar level) electromagnetic fields to warp a flat plane into such shape. If however, the torus could be a natural object found in nature, I see an opportunity to simplify my model
