As is Gender Dysphoria.

A very apt social solution is to create a legitimate 3rd category to allow those who identify other than their biological sex, freedom.
This has and is done in the East for thousands of years. No intersex, trans people their are advocating what those in the west are;

No Hidjray are asking to be equated with biological women.

What western trans activists cannot do is erase the very fact based medical and biological definitions based on sex and use subjective interpretations of gender to negate the real existence of sex as fact.

That is, accept that yes, you as a male human feel you are a female human but you say you cannot define woman hood but cannot then force society to erase the very definition of what a woman is simply to accommodate your dysphoria

The more interesting thing is that biological intersex populations in Asia have always had their identity recognized as a third sex category.

Despite oppression by society, surprisingly, they've never ever wanted to or sought to foist their identity as one that MUST be catergrosized by eliminating the w2 basic categories of male and female.

i.e - Asian/Middle Eastern Trannies themselves generally have exited for 1000s of years and mpst don't wish to identify as either male or female.
