Greetings brainlets. Could anyone enlighten me on how you are so good at maths?

Not even talking about the more advanced stuff, how do people find manipulating trigonometric functions or understanding statistics equations so simple? Someone like me needs to practise tons to even get decent. I struggle to even understand why maths works as it works, this abstract “language” is so puzzling
