Trannies know more than non trannies that they will never be a woman. Gender dysphoria is caused by the dissonance between the internal sense of self, and the external reality. If trannies truly believed that they are the opposite sex, they would no longer experience dysphoria. They cannot do that as of now, but they can get a lot closer through transitioning, which should lower the symptoms of dysphoria.
