You can't even prove it's happening at all, let alone it will be DRASTIC. If ALL ice on earth melted sea levels would rise by a MAXIUM of 200 feet. A lot rich douche bags with beach houses and also Bangladeshis would lose their homes but 98% of the earth's landmass would be unaffected.

I'm not saying give up. I'm just saying that nothing WE do will make a difference when 2.5 billion people will cheat on any agreements. If someone develops solar, wind, or nuclear that is CHEAPER than coal, oil, and gas then they will use it because it is in THEIR interest to switch (not ours, or the world's).

China is desperately trying to switch off of coal because of pollution NOT greenhouse gasses. If their coal wasn't so naturally dirty they would build even more coal plants. BTW their coal is so dirty that the mercury it emits can be detected Pacific Northwest America rainfall.
