it relies on defining something called "infinity-hat" as per OP's pic, and it's nonsense. basically he makes an alternate positive and minus infinty that you can say infinity-hat + 1 > infinity and some such and then says "oh, well just treat it like any other number instead of using the usual infinity rules" which basically enables you to break any other rule you want in math, similar to this parody
