The spinning was still going on and very distracting. I lost all sense of direction. It felt like I was floating.
When the spining slowed down a bit; I was aware of the universe and felt a connection with it. A big feeling of joy and euphoria came into me and I bursted into laughter and just laughed with joy for 2 minutes feeling compassion for everyone in the world.

When the laughter was over a warm yellow bright light came into the normally blackness of my closed eyes.
Like when you look into the sun with closed eyes.
At that momemt I felt like "I" stopped existing. Just total peace with the universe without thoughts or distractions.
I only felt it for a very short moment.

When "I" came back many flashes of bright white light entered my mind. I was scared and finnally opened my eyes.

I was still just sitting there cross legged with my back straight and my hands in mudra.

So now I just have a couple of questions.

> What happened to me and my brain biologically/scienticially?
So far all I found was that that the spinning is a ear canal disease.
And I am sure it is not that, because many other people felt it too only while meditating.

> What does /sci/ think about this?

> What is the science opinion on ego-death and out-of-body experience?

Thanks for your time.

/sci/, i need your help in a high school physics problem. I think the textbook has the wrong answer. Here's the full question:

A rocket has a mass of 400 kg, 75% being fuel. It develops a thrust of 8000N.
(a) Calculate its initial acceleration

Is it not just F=ma --> a=F/m
a=8000/4000
a= 20 ms^-2?

The answer in the book is 10.2 ms^-2

Contributions would really be appreciated

Hey /sci/ could you guys please help me out understanding this?

Acceleration is related to distance and time by the following expression a 2xt p. find the power p that makes this euqation dimetionally consistent.

Well, it appears /sci/ has gone to shit today.
Anyways, with modern day technology, how long would it take for a space probe to reach a star 10 light years away? Keep in mind modern-day technology, not what we have made. If there weren't budget problems, we could have a super-advanced plasma rocket, but there currently isn't one in use. Use whatever you like: solar sails, ion engines, chemical rockets (if you're a faggot), it doesn't matter.
pic unrelated

We're going to play a game /sci/. You will have to use your intelligence to make it out of the scenario I describe, along with any additional add-ons I post.
Backstory: It is 2237. Space travel has nearly been perfected, roughly ~37% of the human species is living in space.
Let's begin.
You awake inside of a brightly lit room; the lower half of the walls are light blue, with a grey and yellow border separating the lower half from the top half, which is white tile. The floor is also white tile. You are wearing a very utilitarian grey uniform, with an insignia that looks military. There are very bright flourescent lights above you, and the room is only the size of a janitors closet. There is a single door: a slide down type, composed of a strong alloy, with a control panel that has a cover on it, requiring a biometric scan. You need to get out and find out what's happening. You notice that you have an electrically insulated screwdriver in your pocket. What do you do?
