I sent in my sample a few weeks ago expecting some results soon. I thought it would be cool to learn my families genetic history as we don't really know much about our family before 1900 or so. Yea I know my DNA is probably gunna be in some chink database used to make a mentally ill happa but that's the price you pay I suppose. What has your guys experience with it been like?

Sorry if this isn't the best board for it I didn't know where else to post.

This orphaned person wants to know how they are related to me. I share 1.4% of my DNA with them.
>My father's father had 12 children.
>My father's grandparents had 11 children.
>My father had me when he was 60 years old. >All 11 of my father's siblings died in their 50's.
>Me and this other person are both early 20's.

Based on this information, how do you think we're related? Is there a possibility we share the same grandparents or great grandparents?
