I'm a Software Engineer (in Russia) and even I had more to do with hardware than this course.

ITT: People over 21, studying theoretical physics and advanced math.

Interest in some discussion?

Can someone elaborate on the Yonneda lemma in the case where the functor is a sheaf?
-Why- are the natural transformations (in bijection with) the image of the functor? Because the image are usually not a priori a set of functions, right?, so this is indeed surprising to me. I read answers in terms of something is generated, but I'm not smarter.

What do you prefer, top down approaches, or not?
I'm thinking physics, specifically.

Let me ask like this:
- What do you do, what is your background?
- If you'd write an epic on physics, would you start with something like quantum field thoery and go in to macro scales, or would you start with something like thermodynamics and more and more elaborate in the microscopic direction.
And why?
