These are the people behind the AGW denialist movement. There are many people who are not especially religious or ridiculous who have stumbled across their extremely professional looking misinformation pages/videos and fallen for them, and as a result have come to believe denialism is scientifically supported while having no idea that those sources are in fact fronts for conservative christian organizations.
