This is not homework, but a fucking hard problem I can't solve that I found in a book.

Let A be a m×n matrix representing the pixels of a monochrome picture (1 for black, 0 for white). It is only possible to draw with a "+" shaped brush (the intersection pixel has to be on the picture when drawing) that inverts the color of each pixel it touches (white becomes black and vice versa).
The algorithm needs to return 1 if it is possible to draw a given picture with the brush and 0 if it is not.

Examples:

Result: 1

Result: 0
