I agree, Offer 2 seems the best. I work in automation and well..

Offer 1 sounds like of travel, which translation to a lot of commissioning and a lot of hours. I'm assuming you are salary so you'll get fucked here

Offer 3. sounds fine, less tied to manufacturing on the plant floor and more ties to data / MES / IT / (((data science)))

Offer 4 is a startup and well fuck that

be the guy that designs the machines, so yes anything automation related. I am a instrumentation & controls engineer for a company, look into stuff like that, "controls engineer", "plc", "automation engineer", etc. they can't fill these jobs fast enough due to the older generation retiring and the younger engineers either a) not wanting to work in factories and/or b) not knowing the field even exists, since it's not mentioned in engineering schools. I unironically really enjoy my job
