I'm currently trying to understand a DeepLearning paper. I just finished understanding the whole topic and a framework has been made by the author of the paper in order to implement his work.

This framework is made in Java (Maven) and I don't get the author procedure to use it Here's the git, the readme is not very long and actually I don't really understand what I'm doing at each step

https://github.com/mgormley/pacaya-nlp

My goal is to make it run (it is a kind of neural network to solve nlp problem) but I don't even know where and how to start, do I need to go through the "Development" part ? Or can I just be "Using the library" ?

I've tried the "Development" part but I don't get the "Build" subpart and so on..

Any help would be greatly appreciated
