Technically College students & Graduate students are almost NEET.

Specially those who don't work part time & get money only from Scholarship / Funding / Grants / Loans / Parents.

Poor people who work hard usually don't go to college (working class / manual-labour / blue-collar workers / proletariat) & study up to Trade School.

Genius need a NEET phase during college for concentrating into study, before start to work. Concentrating to study for better grades which led to a better job in future. .
