Once that happens, we will do the same thing we did when we stopped shrinking vacuum tubes.

Chips are flat - 2d. Next is 3D dimensional molecular computing, my friend. Check this out:

More importantly, we will end aging and disease. Yes, I said it. 7 years into the genome project, we had sequenced 1 percent of the human genome and skeptics were laughing and saying it would never be completed within the 15 year timeframe for the project. Guess what? We did the other 99% in the next 7 years because the project doubled in progress each year. Soon, we will be able to mass sequence the DNA of everyone and figure out the software of biology, our DNA. When this happens, huge changes will follow

For one, we'll be able to repair the damage in our cells that accumulates throughout life. A fellow named Aubrey de Grey and colleagues are already working on therapies which eliminate junk from cells using rejuvenation biotechnogies. Think of an antique car. The reason those cars are on the road isn't because we changed how they worked. It is because we continually repaired and maintained the car. We will do the same with our bodies. Granted, our bodies are much more complex, but because of the exponential progress of these information technologies, we'll be able to do so much more than we can today.

There's so much more I'd like to tell you about, but I'm afraid that I don't have time for much more. Look up Ray Kurzweil if you really want to know what this shitstorm is about. Keep your eyes open, /b/. You don't have to believe a word of what I'm saying, and that's okay. Just remember what you've read, and look for the telltale signs of exponential growth in our world.

It's all coming in 20-30 years. Get ready.

Except there is clear evidence for the technological singularity but not for the rapture. GTFO.
