You're depressed and have low testosterone.
Don't pretend or try to imply that you have a major, unknown, weird disease that you can't figure out, and do the following:

1. Go to the gym.
And do a strength routine too, don't fucking do a bro-split, (that is, using machines and aiming for aesthetics). We are trying to get you to be more energic, and filled with vigor. So do a strength routine using only barbell compound movements. These will make you strong and boost your testosterone.

2. Go outside.

Go outside more. Get a puppy, walk him daily at least 45mins.

3. Get your 8 hours of sleep every night.
Just do it man. Try your hardest to sleep at least 6 hours at an absolute minimum every single night.

4. Drink a fuckton of water.
Your brain needs water to work properly

5. Take cold showers.
These will strengthen your inmune system so you'll get the flu less regularly. Cold showers also help you to develop testosterone and fill you with vigor in general.
