If I were to clone myself, the clone would become a separate sentient entity from myself whilst my own conscious experience of the universe would go unchanged - this is what I often read on the internet

If this is the case, then what would happen if my clone were to duplicate themselves after I die? Surely there's a possibility that I get to experience the universe again after death as the clone of my clone. Supposedly I've been waiting eons for the universe to be in the exact state required for me to exist. But there is no 'me' in the non-existent state of non-existence. And no matter how much my brain changes over the years, I still remain here experiencing the universe.
