Hello, /sci/. applying to the university gets closer and closer and i'm pondering like a bitch. But I am pretty sure I would like to study cognitive psychology / cognitive neuroscience. Are there any good literature for this kind of thing? And also, would any kind of degree in this field be useful, or would i just have to be a psychologist with a specialty?

hey /sci/. i'll keep this short as it is not fucking /adv/

i've been thinking about my future, and suddenly feel that i'm not about to study the right thing. I'm into philosophy and shit, and pseudofields like conceptual history and i'm about to start studying to become a psychologist. most because i want to learn about the brain and do research.

but all my life i've been sucked up in the mysteries of the universe. i read books (with images of course) about planets and the universe since being a little kid. suddenly i came to the conclusion that i hate math and thus philosophical stuff was the cool thing. i want to read something relevant to astronomy that might light me up again. even though it could lead to me changing my life plans and taking up physics.

sorry if you see me as a pathetic excuse for a human being to infect /sci/ with narcissistic whining. just talk about some fucking books
