Cool story bro.

My plan is to equip Ceres with a large nuclear thermal rocket and fly it around in the interplanetary superhighway and have it do gravity maneuvers with the moon to bring it closer to us.

Best part is Ceres comes presupposed with propellant and fuel for the reactor would last decades. I don't see how this could go wrong.
