HIV-1 only binds to white blood cells (macrophages, dendritic cells etc.) bearing CCR5 and other chemokine receptors. The reason it doesn't spread through respiratory emissions or saliva is because these bodily fluids lack a high enough concentration of these WBCs to transmit the virus.

Not sure if this post was just bait, but HIV-1 is not spread through RBCs and if you were to some how 'superoxigenate' them it would likely throw your body into metabolic shock and perturb the pH of the blood among other things.
