Her conclusion didn't make much sense.
Throughout her article she was saying that basically no-fap is entirely pseud from two non-professional opinions.
However, she then concludes that not having sexual partners and watching porn is the equivalent to "sexual fast food". So she is agreeing with the authors, yet calls "nofap" and "noporn" a hoax.
