sweet. i was solving a quantum mechanics problem and had to integrate a wavefunction from -infinity to infinity. i did a u substitution and the bounds changed to infinity to infinity.

i got a logical answer for the problem but was wondering if that was valid.

it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me how you can integrate from infinity to infinity. what is it even doing?
