ULA has no future. ULA will only do 3 launches in 2023. SpaceX will do around 100. I used MS Paint to put both companies launch histories in the same scale. As SpaceX's launches grew, ULA's shrank. Now with Atlas and Delta retired, they're left beholden to BO for engines, and BO has shown no capacity to deliver anything on time. Because ULA has tiny & unreliable current and future cash flows, if it does sell it will be for a pittance. Everyone who is paying attention can see the writing on the wall. Their reliance on BO and the success of SpaceX has killed them.
